As the air turns crisp and the leaves begin their transformation, we are thrilled to invite you into a season of creativity and connection. Over Here Community Arts Adventure is dedicated to enriching Erin through the power of the arts, and this autumn, we have curated an extraordinary series of events to bring us together.

3RD ANNUAL ARTS BY THE POND

Picture the library grounds in Hillsburgh alive with autumn colour, the hum of neighbours catching up, and the sound of live music drifting across the pond. On Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 12–5 PM at the Wellington County Library, our whole community comes together for a day of art, music, and shared creativity. Please note: this event is free for all attendees. It's family-friendly, and runs rain or shine — so bring the whole crew and someone who's never been. A few highlights to look forward to follow below.



Plein Air Paint-Out

A diverse and multicultural group of artists of all ages, including seniors and youth, painting together in harmony by the pond.

Pick up your brushes and step into the sunlight for our most vibrant community tradition! The Plein Air Paint-Out is a joyful, open-air celebration where artists of all ages, backgrounds, and skill levels unite by the water's edge, along the trail. or in town Whether you are a professional painter or a curious beginner, we invite you to capture the spirit of Erin and Arts By The Pond. Join us for the Paint Out at Arts By The Pond as we transform the stunning pond landscape into a gallery of shared experiences, blending the wisdom of our seniors with the fresh perspectives of our youth in a beautiful display of collective creativity.

Plein Air Paint Out

Capture the beauty of the pond in our competitive and non-competitive painting sessions. Open to all skill levels.
