General Registration Policies First-Come, First-Served: Workshop spaces are limited, so we recommend registering early to secure your spot. Advance Registration Encouraged: To avoid disappointment, please register ahead of time. Registration Confirmation: Your spot is confirmed once payment is received. Payments can be made conveniently online. Availability Subject to Change: Registrations are dependent on space availability at the time of booking. Program Adjustments: While rare, program details, prices, or instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ll notify you promptly of any updates. Safety First: The safety and well-being of our participants are our top priorities. We reserve the right to make adjustments as needed to ensure a safe environment. Cancellation and Refund Policy Non-Refundable Payments: Payments are non-refundable except under the conditions outlined below. Withdrawals Over 10 Days Before Start Date: Withdrawals made more than 10 days before the course start date will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Refunds processed via credit card or our online store will also include a 4% payment processing fee. Missed or Unattended Classes: Refunds, credits, or transfers cannot be provided for missed or unattended classes. Class Cancellations by Over Here: If we cancel a class, we’ll notify you at least 4 days in advance and provide a full refund. Inclement Weather and Other Circumstances Stay Informed: In case of bad weather or other disruptions, call us at 519-829-9398 for updates.
