Service Description
Capture the glorious colors of fall landscapes as you create your very own masterpiece on canvas. In this immersive one-day workshop, you’ll follow a step-by-step process to paint the vivid hues of leaves changing colors, capturing the play of light against the backdrop of sunlit water reflecting blue skies. Using creative brushstrokes and techniques combined with bold color palettes, you’ll learn to embrace the journey of contemporary impressionism and bring your artistic vision to life. Materials: Students are encouraged to bring the following materials: Paints: Acrylic (preferred) or oil paints in the following colors: Titanium white Primary magenta Cadmium yellow (medium or dark) Cadmium red (medium) Burnt sienna and yellow ochre Ultramarine blue Teal (Feel free to bring any colors you have—substitution is part of the creative process!) Painting Surfaces: One 12” x 12” canvas One 20” x 20” canvas (or slightly larger) (Please apply a semi-transparent underpainting of burnt sienna/yellow ochre, deep crimson, or dark pink before the class.) Brushes: 2-3 flat-tipped synthetic angled brushes (½” to 2”) Drawing Tools: Any light-colored chalk Other Items: Palette for acrylics (disposable pads recommended) J cloths, ruler ¾” - 1” green or masking tape (if using paper) Table or floor easel 2 empty yogurt tubs for water Photo References: Photo references will be provided, or you may bring your own. General Registration Policies First-Come, First-Served: Workshop spaces are limited, so we recommend registering early to secure your spot. Advance Registration Encouraged: To avoid disappointment, please register ahead of time. Registration Confirmation: Your spot is confirmed once payment is received. Payments can be made conveniently online. Availability Subject to Change: Registrations are dependent on space availability at the time of booking. Program Adjustments: While rare, program details, prices, or instructors may change due to unforeseen circumstances. We’ll notify you promptly of any updates. Safety First: The safety and well-being of our participants are our top priorities. We reserve the right to make adjustments as needed to ensure a safe environment. Cancellation and Refund Policy Non-Refundable Payments: Payments are non-refundable except under the conditions outlined below. Withdrawals Over 10 Days Before Start Date: Withdrawals made more than 10 days before the course start date will incur a $10 cancellation fee. Refunds processed via credit card or our online store will also include a 4% payment processing fee. Missed or Unattended Classes: Refunds, credits, or transfers cannot be provided for missed or unattended classes. Class Cancellations by Over Here: If we cancel a class, we’ll notify you at least 4 days in advance and provide a full refund.
